Commitment to Impartiality, Objectivity, and Conflict of Interest Management

At KeeWee Solutions Inc.(KeeWee), we recognize the critical importance of impartiality in all our validation and verification activities. Our commitment to objectivity is foundational to our mission of delivering credible and reliable validation and verification services for greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, environmental information, and sustainability metrics.

Our Commitment

  • We are dedicated to ensuring that all validation and verification activities are conducted with the highest standards of impartiality.
  • We proactively identify, assess, and manage potential conflicts of interest to safeguard the integrity of our processes.
  • We maintain objectivity by adhering to policies, procedures, and internationally recognized standards, including ISO 14065 and ISO 14064-3.

Managing Conflicts of Interest

To uphold impartiality, we implement the following measures:

  • Conduct thorough conflict-of-interest assessments for each engagement.
  • Maintain organizational independence by separating our validation/verification activities from consulting or advisory services.
  • Require all team members to declare any potential conflicts of interest before participating in a project.
  • Regularly review and update our impartiality and conflict management policies.

Ensuring Objectivity

We achieve objectivity through:

  • Rigorous quality assurance procedures, including internal and external audits of our validation/verification processes.
  • Documented protocols that guide our decision-making and ensure consistency and transparency.
  • Training programs that emphasize ethical conduct, impartiality, and professional responsibility.

Transparency and Accountability

As part of our commitment to impartiality, we make our policies and practices publicly available. We welcome feedback and continuously strive to improve our systems to meet the highest standards of integrity and reliability.
